Order Acceptance

An order placed on our website constitutes an offer made to purchase goods at the price advertised. Although we will confirm your order as soon as possible by e-mail, a contract is formed and fulfilled only at the point of dispatch.

On rare occasions we may need to reject orders before dispatch, for one or more of the following reasons.

  • Irregularities with payment provided.
  • Our inability to confirm the billing or delivery address information provided.
  • The unavailability of items from stock for whatever reason.
  • Problems, errors or omissions of relating to the price, description or images appearing on our website, or other related marketing material.

If an order is rejected you will be notified and any payment made will be refunded.

Payments

Goods must be paid for before they are dispatched.

We only accept payment through PayPal.

You do not need a PayPal account to make a payment through PayPal.

Payments will appear on debit or credit card statements as "PAYPAL *COLERETAILL"

Delivery

Goods will normally be dispatched by Royal Mail tracked service. In some cases we may we may choose an alternative carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing a valid delivery address where goods may be received.

Our goal is to dispatch all orders on the same or the next business day.

Returns Policy

No returns are accepted without our prior consent.

Returns of Non-Faulty Items

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, or have simply changed your mind, you can return an unused purchase to us within 60 days of the date you received the goods.

All items must reach us in original condition, complete with all parts, instructions, accessories, covers, etc and with any seals, shrink wrap, packaging and labels intact.

Returns of Faulty Items

If you have you received a defective item or one that is different from what you ordered, please contact us for assistance. We will provide support and help you. If your return of a defective item is approved, we will reimburse your reasonable postage costs after we receive the item. It is important to keep a receipt so that we can reimburse you accurately

We will not cover excessive postage fees, we consider postage fees to be reasonable if they do not exceed the standard cost of returning an item to us using the standard Royal Mail service. It is advisable to obtain proof of postage.

Your Right to Cancel

We understand that sometimes you may not wish to keep goods purchased from us. For this reason, under our returns policy you may return goods to us in their original condition within 30 days of the date you received them. Please see our returns policy above.

If you are a customer within the UK, you also have the legal right to cancel your order up to 14 days after it has been delivered by informing us of your decision to cancel and returning the goods to us in original condition, within 14 days of informing us of your intention to cancel.

Refunds

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used to purchase the order.

We will reimburse the item's price and the standard shipping costs, but upgrades for shipping will not be refunded.

Deductions may be made to reflect the loss in value of any products supplied if the loss is due to your unnecessary handling or damage, or if the items are returned in an incomplete state.

Goods Lost in Transit

If your UK order has not arrived 15 days after dispatch, or 25 days after dispatch for overseas orders, please contact us quoting your name and address, and order reference.

We recover the cost of lost items from our carrier. The claim process requires customers to complete a declaration confirming that a package did not arrive.

It is a condition of sale that in the event of the loss of your order, you will co-operate fully with the claim process.
