We may include limited marketing information with these updates, but your e-mail address will not be added to any mailing list without your consent. We will share your E-Mail address with our delivery partners so that they can provide updates on your delivery.
Telephone Number We may use a telephone number to contact you regaring your order. If you have supplied mobile number will will share this our delivery partners so that they can provide you will updates on your delivery via SMS messaging.
IP Address We store your IP Address with your order, and use this as part of our order validation and fraud scrutiny process.

Data Retention

Your order details form part of our company records. We are legally required to retain company records for six years from the end of the last company financial year they relate to.

Similarly to comply with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, we retain order informaion for six years to validate any potential legal claimns.

We remove name, address, email and phone numbers from our order records after seven years, with the exception of invoice and delivery countries partial UK postcodes. (We retain district, sub-district and sector, but remove remove the trailing two unit letters). We retain de-personlaised order details for analysis purposes.

Fraud and Law Enforcement

We will co-operate fully with any verified requests form information from law enforcement organisations. We may use any of the personal information you have provided to analyse, identify and prevent fraud.
